What is going on right now in food preservation.

And I just learned the sweet corn is ready! This is a very overwhelming but satisfying time of year.

Don’t forget to read my last baking resources post!
You can buy bulk grains and flours here: Something Better Natural Foods.
MarmeeDear has a little cookie baking set for your little baker. Oh, here’s another one too!
Joyful Mamma has some recipes for bread (including pita bread ~ I want to try that some time) here. You have to scroll quite a ways down the page (you might as well look at some of the other stuff on your way down!).
That’s all for today. I’m sensing the need to do some other things before supper!
How about some. . .
Tortillas
Crackers
Cornbread
Waffles (they can be frozen)
Whole Wheat bread
Oatmeal bread
Potato bread
Pumpkin bread
Some of the things you could make on baking day, merely for the sake of inspiration!
