Brussels sprouts and cabbage varieties we’re growing in 2023. We don’t need many Brussels sprouts but we eat a lot of cabbage. I’d like to have home-grown cabbage for fresh eating for as much of the year as possible. We’re growing old favorites and testing new-to-us varieties.

Broccoli and cauliflower! I’d like to be able to put enough of these in the freezer that we can stop buying them (except for raw eating out of season). With that in mind, I am trying to, personally, learn to grow them, and we’re testing out different kinds.
